Freenote Cloth offers returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the original purchase date. We are dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with the quality and fit of our American-made garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
